Class Cancellation/refunds

  • Refund or Credit (minus $20 processing fee) if a request for refund is received TWO WEEKS and only two weeks before the start of a class.
  • Class cancellations should be made via email jerseyclaysociety@gmail.com with your original confirmation email.
  • No refunds or credits after attending 1st class.
  • No refunds for no shows.
  • Classes missed due to failure to attend, planned absences, minor illnesses or vacations will not be credited for future Sessions all classes must be made up within 8 week session.



Wheely Muddy/ Workshop and Event Cancellations

  • Refund (minus $20 processing fee) if a request for refund is received one week Prior to the scheduled event.
  • Final headcount for private parties are needed one week prior due to staffing the event UNLESS approved by JCS via email.
  • 48 Hours before event we are able to credit your cancellation toward another event.
  • Less than 48 hours notice, no refunds.
